According to reports, Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira is close to a fourth move away on loan, having had spells with Granada, Valencia and most recently Lazio last season.
Brazilian side Flamengo is set to sign up Pereira on loan until the end of the season.
The Brazilian international spent last season on loan in the Serie A with Lazio and returned to the club for pre-season, but he’s way down the pecking order in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s midfield.
Pereira has been at the club since 2014, and this could be his final move away from the club on loan.
According The Sun, the Brazilian side have an option to sign Pereira for £17m as part of the loan deal, and Manchester United will receive 20 per cent of any future sale of the midfielder.
In the 2019-20 season, Pereira made 40 appearances in all competitions for Manchester United, and 25 of those games came in the Premier League.
However, he is now being deemed surplus to requirements at the club, with Manchester United having enough options in midfield.
