Manchester United fans showed their displeasure at the Glazers family some months back, as fans protested against their participation in the European Super League, and also blasted their nonchalant attitude in handling the club.

The United owners promised a new leaf afterwards and promised to bridge the gap between the the board and the fans.

Manchester United owners made a £20m Old Trafford promise to revamp certain areas of the stadium. They have now made some improvements in the changing rooms and media facilities in a bid to revamp Old Trafford.

Old Trafford has been in need of a revamp for some years now and the Glazers have promised to do a lot of work.

Back in June, Joel Glazer promised to do much work at Old Trafford as he said: “Old Trafford is at the heart of the club and while we have spent over £100m over the last 10 years on infrastructure projects, we will now accelerate the process.”

Changing rooms have now been upgraded, stands have been painted and cleaned, the pitch has been relaid and new floodlights across the stadium have been installed as well.

However, a Manchester United fan have been critical of the work done as Leicester City plan to do a massive expansion work at the King Power Stadium.

A Man United fan wrote on Twitter: “Leicester are out here redeveloping their stadium and the local communities. Meanwhile, the Glazers continue to ignore the major redevelopment needed at Old Trafford and instead drop a lick of paint on.”
