Maguire all joy as new centre-back partner trains for the first time

Manchester United unveiled Raphael Varane to the fans on Saturday ahead of the 5-1 victory over Leeds United.

The 28-year-old has now resumed training and should be in line for a debut against Southampton this weekend.

After a long wait, Varane is now back at the Carrington training base and he seems to have slotted seamlessly into the group.

Asked what he feels Raphael Varane will bring to Man United, Harry Maguire said: “You’ve seen what he’s won over his career.

“He’s played in some of the top teams about – the French squad and Real Madrid – and he’s won absolutely everything.
