Bruno Fernandes reveals why this season won’t be like last season for Manchester United

Manchester United finished last season in second place, but it wasn’t easy in the beginning for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his lads.

United conceded 11 goals in three matches at the start of the campaign and gained just one point from a possible nine to start the season.

United’s pre-season hasn’t as well been very encouraging after a 4-2 defeat to QPR and a 2-2 draw with Brentford.

United’s prepation hasn’t gone as planned, with one pre-season friendly cancelled due to Covid and players returning late due to involvements in the Euros and Copa America.

While Manchester United fans are happy about the club’s summer businesses, fans are understandably worried about the beginning of the upcoming campaign, as some of the big names and new signings may not be available.

However, Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has tried to calm those fears down as he insists everyone is playing well in training.

Fernandes told the club’s official website: “The lads are ready. We have been training hard, everyone is training really well and everyone will be ready for the beginning of the season.”
