Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw was one of the best players in the Euro 2020 tournament.
The 26-year-old was in top form all through the tournament but unfortunately had to play through the pain of a broken rib in the round of 16 clash against Germany.
According to the Guardian, Luke Shaw is ‘hopeful of being fit’ in time for the start of the 2021-22 Premier League campaign.
Shaw is currently enjoying his holidays, as he was given three weeks off by the club, and is expected to return in early August.
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may have to turn to either Alex Telles or Brandon Williams for our league opener against Leeds on August 14.
