Manchester United have a good number of pacy players in the team, and United youngster Anthony Elanga had no issues picking four fast players that can run alongside him for Gold.
With the Olympics games currently on, Elanga picked Marcus Rashford, himself, Teden Mengi and Daniel James to run in his relay team, and he believes his team will be unstoppable.
“I’m good at both 100m and 1500m,” said Elanga in an interview with the official Manchester United website. “I love a relay too and if I had to pick my own team, it’d be a serious team.”
He then went on: “[At the] start we’ll have Rashy. He’d make sure we blast out the blocks.
“Then we’ll have me. Third we’ll have Teds, Teden Mengi.
“And then last, Jamo [Daniel James]. No one is beating us. It’s a very, very pacy team. We’ll have to sort it out – let’s chat to the coaches!”
Do you agree with Elanga’s choice? Which players do you think can beat the current four in his relay team?
