Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw was one of the best players in the Euro 2020 tournament.

The 26-year-old was in top form all through the tournament and even drew praises from the legendary Roberto Carlos.

However, Manchester United are worried about the state of Luke Shaw who played through the pain of broken ribs for England at Euro 2020. Shaw suffered the horrible injury in the last 16 and played on until the final, churning in top performances still.

Shaw is currently enjoying his holiday in Greece and may not be back until next month.

But, the Telegraph report that Manchester United are desperate to get Shaw back to the club’s Carrington training base and assess the injury he sustained and how long he may have to miss action.

Manchester United start the new season with a home game against Leeds United on August 14, and Shaw may not be able to feature in that game. Marcus Rashford could also miss that clash as he is expected to have shoulder surgery this month.
