Manchester United are reportedly on the verge of signing Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho after reaching an agreement with the German club.
According to German media outlet Bild, Manchester United have finally agreed to pay Borussia Dortmund’s asking price of £77million for Sancho.
The England winger, who has only played nine minutes at Euro 2020, was the subject of a £75m offer earlier in the week from United.
That bid was swiftly rejected with Dortmund handing United a ‘take-it-or-leave-it’ offer of 90m euros (£77m) for the 21-year-old.
Sancho will become Manchester United’s third most expensive player behind Paul Pogba and Harry Maguire.
Manchester United have already agreed personal terms with Sancho, meaning there are only formalities left to complete before Sancho can be announced as a United player.
