A group of Manchester United supporters turned up at the club’s training complex on Thursday, as they protested the actions taken by the club in wake of the European Super League controversy.
Manchester United manager admitted in his press conference that he had a ‘nice discussion’ with the fans, which lasted for 10 minutes.
The club legend went on to reveal that he will always listen to the fans of the club.
“I will always listen to the fans, and I thought it was the only right thing to do, to go and listen to them and speak to them and have a nice discussion with them, a peaceful discussion,” the United head coach said in his press conference.
“It’s important that we respect each other and respect each other’s views. I said a few things about what I think the team will do in the future and what we spoke about, we don’t really need to discuss that.
“But it was a good 10 minutes and I was happy about that, of course. We didn’t shake hands, we gave a fist-bump and then we parted.”
