Marcus Rashford sets 2 records after scoring against Granada

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford scored the opener as Manchester United beat Granada 2-0 on Thursday night.

Rashford neatly slotted United into the lead after taking down Victor Lindelof’s searching ball forward.

Rashford’s goal against Granada meant that he becomes the first United player since Wayne Rooney 11 years ago to score 20 or more in back-to-back seasons.

Rashford’s goal against Granada also means he is the first English player to score eight goals for Manchester United in European competition in a single season (excluding qualifiers) since Bobby Charlton in 1964-65.
