Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani has confirmed that he still has a lot to offer, having already scored 7 goals in 25 appearances this season for the club.
The 34-year-old is being linked with a move to Argentina, with reports claiming that he has spoken to Boca Juniors president Roman Riquelme over a likely move.
Cavani’s father, Luis, recently confirmed that his son is keen on leaving England and would be happy to return to South America so he can be closer to his family.
Former Manchester United defender, Marcos Rojo, who’s currently plying his trade with Boca Juniors, has admitted that he has spoken to Cavani about a move to the giant Argentine club.
“I spoke with him,” Rojo told TNT Sports when asked about the rumours surrounding Cavani.
“I played a little with him. We were together for four or five months.
“He is a great professional and if he reaches Argentine football, he would be a great star that would do Argentine football good.”
