Marcus Rashford went off injured in the 2-0 victory over Manchester City, and subsequently missed the Europa League game against AC Milan.
Rashford was a surprise inclusion to the starting lineup against West Ham, with fellow forwards Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial absent due to injury, and Olé Gunnar Solskjaer was pleased to have the 23-year-old back in his team.
“Thankfully, yeah,” Solskjaer said before the start of the game, when asked about Rashford’s return.
“He trained yesterday and there was no reaction luckily.
“We are down to the bare bones with the forwards, normally we struggle with centre-backs at this club but now it’s forwards and midfielders.
“We’ve got a strong team, I feel out on the pitch.”
