Manchester United play host to AC Milan in a Europa League clash on Thursday night, and United will be without some players for this game.
Solskjaer will be without Marcus Rashford having hurt his ankle against Manchester City, and David de Gea also remains unavailable having returned to Spain for the birth of his first child.
Also, Donny van de Beek and Juan Mata are still ruled out for this tie, having also been absent from the Manchester City game.
Solskjaer only gave a glimmer of hope to see Edinson Cavani return for Thursday’s game.
He told the media on Wednesday: “I’m not sure if anyone will be back.
“David, no. Donny, no. Juan, no. Edinson, maybe. Rashford, no. Similar side to Sunday.”
Cavani had missed four games for Manchester United with a muscle injury back in February before returning to the starting lineup for the goalless draw with Crystal Palace on March 3. He then missed the game against Manchester City, and it will be great to have him back to face AC Milan whom he knows so well from his time in the Serie A with Napoli.
