Revealed: why De Gea will miss the rest of Man United’s games in March

David De Gea is set to be unavailable to play for Manchester United in the rest of our matches this month, according to the Daily Mail.

The Spaniard missed United’s game against Crystal Palace on Wednesday, after which Olé Gunnar Solskjaer said he wasn’t available due to ‘personal reasons’.

The outlet now reports that De Gea’s absence is indeed for private reasons, as the goalkeeper has had to travel to Spain to be with his wife, Edurne, as they prepare to welcome a baby together.

In De Gea’s absence, Dean Henderson, who played on Wednesday is expected to continue, and we hope he does an excellent job of it.
