Arsenal legend Ray Parlour has named Anthony Martial as the ‘biggest disappointment’ in Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad this season.
The Frenchman has struggled for form this season as he has failed to live up to expectations as the club’s main striker.
Former Gunners midfielder, Parlour has questioned the Frenchman’s attitude and feels he acts like he doesn’t want to be part of the United team.
“The transfer window is going to be very important. If Cavani was five years younger, he would be perfect. But he isn’t,” Parlour told talkSPORT.
“They’ve tried Rashford up there but I think he’s more dangerous off the left-hand side and you can see he brings more there.
“[Mason] Greenwood is still young, still developing and you can’t rely on one man.
“The biggest disappointment is Martial. It’s there for him, he’s a young man, he’s been there plenty of years, he knows exactly how Manchester United runs as a club and it just doesn’t feel like he can be bothered or wants to be part of this Manchester United team.”
