Paul Pogba has returned to training, after suffering a muscle injury.

The French midfielder, who has been out for weeks now, was spotted doing light work on himself at Carrington, on Thursday, ahead of Manchester United’s meeting with Real Sociedad in the Europa League.

Pogba is still a doubt for this weekend’s Premier League clash against Chelsea, having not recovered fully, but he is expected to be fit for our upcoming game against Manchester City later in March.

United have sure missed the Frenchman’s presence, as Luke Shaw has named Paul Pogba as the player with the “biggest personality” in the Manchester United dressing room.

“But I think another massive one is Paul Pogba. I think his personality is massive.

“People can judge him differently from the outside but everyone loves him and adores him at United – he’s a very big part of our team.

“Of course, it looks like Bruno has got a very big personality – and he’s shown he has – but also Paul has another very big personality and is very important for our team.

“We all love Paul for the way he is and, hopefully, he can continue doing that.”
