According to Sky Sports, Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson has become increasingly frustrated at the lack of opportunities afforded to him since he returned from his loan spell at Sheffield United.

The England international is wanted by Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur and Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.

The Englishman has failed to earn Olé Gunnar Solskjaer’s complete confidence, as he remains behind David De Gea in the order of things at Old Trafford.

Jose Mourinho is a known admirer of Henderson and wants the goalkeeper to replace Hugo Lloris at Tottenham.

Lloris is entering the final year of his present contract in the summer and as things stand, Tottenham aren’t interested in extending his contract.

Henderson is also open to the prospect of playing abroad amid interest from German side Borussia Dortmund.

A boyhood United fan, Henderson’s preferred option is to remain at Old Trafford, but only as Manchester United’s No 1.
