Manchester United winger Daniel James has hailed new Manchester United team-mate Amad Diallo and has described the player as “unbelievable”.
The 18-year-old moved to Old Trafford from Atalanta in January for a £37million deal, and after impressing for the club’s Under-23s, he was handed his first-team debut in last week’s 4-0 victory over Real Sociedad.
Welsh winger James believes the player is phenomenal and has the quality to succeed at the club.
“Amad has come in and, as a young lad, he’s been unbelievable in training,” James told United Review.
“I mean his professionalism [is very good] and he’s settled in straight away, I’d say, do you know what I mean?
“We see his quality in training, he has unbelievable feet, but we’ve seen he also presses well and wins the ball back, which is exactly what we want.”
