Manchester United youngster, Shola Shoretire, has expressed delight at making his senior debut for the club on Sunday.
The teenager was brought on by Olé Gunnar Solskjaer in the second half, as Man United saw off Newcastle 3-1 to stay second on the league table.
Taking to Twitter to express his joy after the game, Shoretire wrote, “Dreams really do come true.”
Shoretire has impressed with United’s youth side, and he and Amad Diallo were recently rewarded with an inclusion in the senior team.
He’s now the 7th youngest player to make their debut for United’s senior side, after playing at the age of just 17 years and 19 days.
