Steve Bruce’s Newcastle United side remain 17th on 25 points, three ahead of Fulham who occupy the last relegation spot.
Rashford gave United the lead with a neat finish past Magpies goalie goalkeeper Karl Darlow inside the near post.
The visitors pulled level when Allan Saint-Maximin scored from a poor clearance by Harry Maguire.
United’s second came in the 57th minute as Daniel James scored to restore our lead before Bruno Fernandes sealed the victory with a 74th-minute penalty.
