Manchester United goalie Dean Henderson has revealed he will be patient in his quest to become the club’s no.1 goalkeeper ahead of David de Gea.
The Englishman remains the understudy to first-choice goalie David de Gea and has featured majorly in cup games.
However, Henderson is confident his chance will come sooner or later for him to show his best form.
Speaking to Manchester United’s official website, Dean Henderson said: “I’ve just got to keep ticking along, keep doing well.
“My best is yet to come. I’ll keep waiting for those opportunities to come and hopefully I can build a bit of momentum and show my best form.”
Henderson made his Europa League debut in the 4-0 win against Real Sociedad on Thursday, keeping yet another clean sheet for the Red Devils.
