Manchester will take on Real Sociedad on Thursday, in the first leg of our round of 32 tie in the Europa League.
And ahead of the game, it would be interesting to see how the opposition have fared in Spain so far this season.
At the time of the draw, Sociedad were at the top of the La Liga table, ahead of the likes of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.
And although they have since fallen off the first position, they are still very much around the top of the league.
Imano Alguacil’s men are currently fifth on the La Liga table, and have been impressive lately. They have in fact, won both of their last two games, with scorelines of 4-1 and 1-0, respectively.
This means they have been on the rise again, and remain a dangerous side to face.
United must be wary when we face them, to avoid any surprises, and Solskjaer must come out with his men firing on all cylinders on Thursday if we’re to progress to the next stage.
