Good news for Manchester United as Liverpool drop more points in race for top four

Liverpool dropped more points today, as they were beaten 3-1 by Leicester City.

The Reds went in front early in the game, but woeful defending cost them, as they ended up shipping in three goals in seven minutes.

The loss leaves the reigning champions trailing Manchester United by five points, which could extend to eight if we win our game in hand against West Brom on Sunday.

Manchester United are currently third on the league table, after Leicester moved to second, following the victory over Liverpool.
