Marcus Rashford has been a revelation for Manchester United since breaking into the first team.
So far this season, he and Bruno Fernandes have scored the most goals for United, with his latest coming in the 9-0 win against Southampton.
Rashford is well on course to become United’s highest goal scorer ever, after recently beating Eric Cantona’s record 82 strikes. And of course, with the right coach and mentor, this shouldn’t take too long.
According to The Athletic, Wayne Rooney has been giving Rashy tips on how to be a deadlier striker.
Rooney is said to be a fan of the 23 year old, with the outlet adding that he has also told his friends he believes Rashford will break his 253 goal record and become United’s highest scorer ever.
After scoring 22 times last season, Rashford could yet surpass that tally this season.
