Revealed: what Bruno Fernandes told McTominay while celebrating goal against West Ham

Bruno Fernandes loves to score goals as he likes to assist them. And on Tuesday, against West Ham, we saw the Portuguese jokingly lament a missed opportunity to get on the score sheet, after Scott McTominay stole the show with his brilliant effort during extra time.

The Scotsman was brought in during the second half to add some spark to the game, and thanks to a wonderful assist from Marcus Rashford, he did just that.

However, Fernandes felt he should have scored, and wasted no time to jokingly tell McTominay the goal was his to put in the net.

While the celebrations were ongoing after we went ahead in the encounter, Marcus Rashford was heard telling McTominay, ‘Brilliant’, but it was Fernandes’ voice that came out the loudest, as the Portuguese yelled to McTominay, “Hey, the ball was for me motherf*!”

Of course, it doesn’t matter who got the goal, but it’s great to see the lads all get along just fine every time they’re together.
