West Ham boss David Moyes has named five Manchester United players he is wary of ahead of today’s FA Cup clash against Manchester United.
The Hammers manager has identified the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Mason Greenwood, Marcus Rashford, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial as huge threat to his side’s FA Cup ambitions.
In-form West Ham travel to the Theatre of Dreams on Tuesday evening to face Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
The Hammers are enjoying an impressive season under Moyes and are currently sixth in the Premier League, just one point behind defending champions Liverpool in fourth.
Meanwhile, we are second in the table despite winning just one of their last four fixtures.
Asked about United’s threat, former Red Devils boss Moyes said: “I think Manchester United, Bruno Fernandes has given them another dimension completely.
“He orchestrates most of their good play, and at the end of it they’ve got great speed and ability in [Mason] Greenwood, [Marcus] Rashford, [Anthony] Martial and [Edinson] Cavani now.
“We’ve got talented players as well so we need to go there and put on a good show. I thought for long periods of our game at home [in December] we played as well as Manchester United.”
