Solskjaer gives injury update on Edinson Cavani and Eric Bailly ahead of Everton clash

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has ruled out Eric Bailly from this weekend’s clash against Everton.

The Norwegian also revealed Edinson Cavani is fit to play against the Toffees after a ‘bad ankle knock’.

In the pre-match press conference before facing Everton on Saturday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “Edinson [Cavani] should be available, yeah, definitely, he got a bad ankle knock [against Southampton]. Eric [Bailly] is a doubt, apart from that everyone’s raring to go.”

With Bailly ruled out, Victor Lindelof is likely to partner Harry Maguire at centre-back.
