Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has allayed fears of a serious injury sustained by Marcus Rashford by stating the striker will be available for the Premier League clash against Sheffield United on Wednesday night.
The Englishman limped off in Sunday’s FA Cup victory over the Reds and was replaced by Anthony Martial.
The 23-year-old is fit to play against the Blades on Wednesday as confirmed by the Norwegian.
“Marcus is available. He trained this morning so available for selection,” Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told the pre-Sheffield United presser of Marcus Rashford on Tuesday.
“I think he tweaked his knee a little bit but he should be fine. He trained fully this morning so we’re looking strong, which is a good place to be in.”
