Victor Lindelof has expressed happiness in the way the team responded in the win against Liverpool in the FA Cup clash on Sunday night.
United had to dig in deep and come from behind to beat the Reds 3-2, after an early Mohamed Salah goal.
It was not the first time the team would come from behind to claim maximum points, and Lindelof believes the shift in mentality has helped.
Speaking to MUTV after the game at Old Trafford, the Sweden international said, “We’ve done it a couple of times and we did it again today, we know we can do it, we have belief and even if we concede a goal we’re very calm and try to be patient with the ball because we know we’ll get chances.
“That’s what happened today, we conceded but we kept on going.”
United’s next game in the FA Cup is against West Ham, and the lads will be confident of a win, having beat them 3-1 already in the Premier League.
