Liverpool will be without five first team players for Sunday’s Premier League game against Manchester United at Anfield.
According to Daily Mirror, central defensive partners Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez are both out with long-term knee injuries and won’t return until the latter stages of the season.
Also missing from the clash will be Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita, who has an ankle problem.
Diogo Jota, who joined Liverpool from Wolves for £40 million during the summer, will miss the game against Manchester United due to a knee injury.
Liverpool’s fifth absentee is Kostas Tsimikas. The Greek defender signed for the club last summer but is currently sidelined with a knee problem.
