Verdict on Anthony Martial’s injury ahead of Liverpool game

Manchester United striker Anthony Martial appeared to hurt his hamstring as he attempted a shot at the end of United’s win at Burnley on Tuesday night and was immediately replaced by Axel Tuanzebe.

With a game against Liverpool this weekend at Anfield, Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will want to have a full squad to choose from.

According to Daily Mail, Martial’s injury isn’t bad as first feared with the French striker moving freely after the game against Burnley.

Martial’s fitness will be assessed on Thursday when the players return to training after they were given Wednesday off.
