Man United now unbeaten in 11 games. Could this be that year?

Manchester United have extended their unbeaten streak in the English Premier League to 11 games, following the 1-0 win against Burnley this week.

Paul Pogba was Man of the match, after volleying into the goal, to help us move three points clear of Liverpool at the summit of the league.

It’s the third game Olé Gunnar Solskjaer’s men have won on the bounce, and the 11th time they have gone through one without tasting defeat domestically.

The streak involves games against Everton, West Brom, Southampton, West Ham, Manchester City, Sheffield, Leeds, Leicester City, Wolves, Aston Villa and most recently, Burnley.

United’s next game is against Liverpool at Anfield, and a win will not only take us to 12 unbeaten, it would also put us six points clear of the champions.

United last won the league in 2013, and there are hopes this season could be that year when United eventually become champions yet again.
