A Manchester United transfer target has completed a dream move to the Premier League but not Manchester United.

Independiente chief Santiago Morales has confirmed Manchester United transfer target Moises Caicedo has completed a move to the Premier League.

It is believed the club is Brighton.

Morales confirmed: “Everything is completed with a Premier League club for Moises Caicedo.

“Today he is getting his work visa and between Wednesday and Thursday we will announce it.”

A number of clubs including Chelsea were linked with the Ecuadorian but it seems Brighton have won the race after Manchester United backed out from a move for the midfielder.
