Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek was handed a rare start in Manchester United’s 1-0 victory over Watford on Saturday.
Van de Beek has struggled for game at Manchester United since joining from Dutch giants Ajax during the summer transfer window.
Asked about Van de Beek’s performance against Watford, Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “I think Donny showed again his qualities.
“He plays, he’s very technically clean, makes good decisions – what a little flick with the back-heel to play Juan [Mata] through in the first half!
“He’s got that quality to open up tight games, so definitely he’ll benefit from this game as well.”
