According to Mundo Deportivo, Eduardo Camavinga has informed Ligue 1 club Rennes of his desire to leave next summer amid interest from Manchester United.
Camavinga will arrive at Manchester United as a replacement for Paul Pogba after his agent Mino Raiola revealed that it is ‘over for Paul Pogba at Manchester United’.
Manchester United will have to overcome similar interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid in order to secure the signing of the Rennes midfielder.
Despite being only 18, Camavinga is a key player for Rennes and has made 57 senior appearances for the French club.
Camavinga made his international debut back in February and scored on just his second cap for France – in a 7-1 rout of Ukraine.
