Former Manchester United striker Michael Owen has hailed Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood as a great finisher.
Former England international Owen is impressed with the striker’s first touch and killer instinck.
Speaking on Premier League TV about Mason Greenwood, Michael Owen said: “He is a great finisher, always has been right away through his youth.
“You just watch where he touches the ball. If you said to me that he is going to score in two touches [against West Ham], I’d have never ever believed you.
“The ball is bouncing high, he has his back to goal; if he just gets hold of it and brings someone into play, it is a miracle. The most technically difficult chance.”
The United academy graduate scored the winning goal against the Hammers on Sunday in the 3-1 comeback win at the London Stadium, opening his 2020/21 Premier League account for the club.
