Olé Gunnar Solskjaer has given fans a glimmer of hope that Marcus Rashford may be available for selection against West Ham today.
The Englishman picked up a shoulder injury, and had to be substituted against Paris Saint-Germain in our UEFA Champions League clash in midweek.
But he’s since returned to training, and Solskjaer has confirmed he’s responding well to treatment.
He said when asked if the 23 year old will be available for today’s clash, “Marcus has been training this morning – not fully but joined in with the group.
“His shoulder stopped him finishing the game, so he’s been getting treatment & hopefully he’ll be part of the squad that travels. He’s having treatment now after training.”
Rashford is arguably our best player this season, and will be important to us in the fixture, so him being available will be a big boost to the team.
