Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has hailed the quality of teammate Donny van de Beek and is relishing the prospect of playing more often with the Dutchman.
The Portuguese midfielder believes they are both compatible to play together, and claims the quality of the midfielders at the club gives manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer more options to change things around in games.
Speaking about playing alongside Donny van de Beek after the win over Southampton, Bruno Fernandes said (as quoted by The Sun): “Donny has a lot of quality. We know we can play together and also with other players we have.
“Everyone has quality to play and we know each other. We can play with three then switch and play the next game with another three or another four.
“It doesn’t matter because all of them have quality and we can all be together on the pitch, everyone can make a difference. Donny played a really good game but Fred and Nemanja (Matic) were really important to us.”
