Key Manchester United players Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay are doubtful for Sunday’s Premier League match against Southampton, according to the boss, Olé Gunnar Solskjaer.

Pogba has missed our last two games since the international break, after picking up an injury while McTominay also recently picked up an unspecified problem.

Speaking ahead of tomorrow’s game, Solskjaer said, “Scott [McTominay] and Paul [Pogba] didn’t train this morning, they weren’t on the grass. They look very unlikely for the weekend.

“Marcus [Rashford], Victor [Lindelof], Aaron [Wan-Bissaka] should be okay but not 100%. Luke [Shaw] has started rehab on the grass, not with the squad.”

If Pogba and McTominay don’t play, it would mean that Donny van de Beek gets some valuable game time, after his impressive display against Istanbul Basaksehir in the UEFA Champions League within the week.
