Report: Man United set to strengthen right wing

Manchester United have prioritised acquiring a new right-back in the coming transfer windows, so as to add more options to the position and provide some competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Wan-Bissaka has been impressive following his move from Crystal Palace in 2019, but aside his defensive contributions, the player doesn’t give much attacking-wise.

According to ESPN, Man United higher-ups are not completely impressed with Wan-Bissaka, hence the search for reinforcements.

The outlet also says that United are focused on bolstering the right side of the team, and could be going after a right-winger, after failing to land Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund this summer.
