Manchester United boss, Olé Gunnar Solskjaer, has said he’s looking forward to having a smile on his own face, instead of former Red Devil, Rafael’s.
United face Istanbul Basaksehir on Tuesday night, in the return leg of their UEFA Champions League group stage match, after losing 2-1 the last time.
But despite the loss, the Red Devils are still optimistic of finishing top of the group, and a win tonight will just about help us move further toward achieving that goal.
Asked recently if he is keen to see Rafael tonight, Solskjaer replied in the affirmative, adding he is an admirer of the Brazilian, and warned that the game will not be as easy for them as the last time.
He told the official Man United website, “Oh yeah, he’s a Red through and through.
“I was disappointed when we let him go because he’s such a valuable player and person to have in and around the group. He’s just one of those players with Man United DNA so he knows what we feel about him and what I feel about him. We’ll have a good conversation after the game. It’s a fantastic family and of course, I signed Fabio for Cardiff, so I’ve enjoyed their company many times.”
The Norwegian then, added, “He’s such a fantastic boy, but I want to see a smile on my face rather than his face after the game this time.”
