According to reports, Manchester United have rejected AC Milan’s interest in Diogo Dalot by declaring that the Portuguese fullback is not for sale.
The 21-year-old joined the Serie A club on loan for the remainder of the season and has already impressed with a goal and an assist in the 3-0 win over Sparta Prague in the Europa League.
AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli is impressed with Dalot’s versatility with the defender able to play on both flanks.
Earlier this month, reports in Italy claimed that AC Milan have already considered signing Dalot on a permanent deal.
ESPN claim the club has now informed the Italian side that the player will not be sold as he is still in manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s plans.
The player’s current contract at Old Trafford expires in 2023.
