Alex Telles has reacted with delight to Manchester United’s first home win of the Premier League season on Saturday.
United beat the visiting West Brom 1-0, with a well-taken Bruno Fernandes penalty, following a handball from Darnell Furlong.
While the performance may not have been 100% great over all, Telles was happy to have made his debut, and is already looking forward to the next match.
He said on his social media after the match, “Amazing feeling of debuting in the Premier League with a very important victory for us.
“Now it’s full focus on the next mission!”
Telles proved an able deputy for Luke Shaw with an inspiring performance last night, and if the stats he pulled are anything to go by, the Englishman is in for some serious competition when he gets back from injury.
