Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed he’s happy Manchester United won’t wait too long to play our next game after the Champions League defeat on Wednesday.
Solskjaer has vowed the team will give a response, after losing their last two matches.
The Red Devils lost our last Premier League match to Arsenal at Old Trafford, and then, put on a below average performance against Istanbul Bakasehir in the Champions League earlier this week, when they lost 2-1.
The results have been criticized by pundits, fans and ex- players, and Solskjaer has revealed he is confident his boys will react this weekend.
Speaking after the match, the Norwegian said, “The last two results have been a punch in our stomach. The only way I know of and hope the players know to respond is to get your act together for the Everton game.
“We know that will be a very difficult game. But I’m glad that we have got a game already on Saturday.”
United face a decent Everton side this weekend, in a game that could potentially have a say in Solskjaer’s future as manager.
