Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has laid into our dreadful home form in the Premier League this season by claiming manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is afraid to attack at Old Trafford after our humbling defeat against Spurs.
So far, we have picked up just one point from their opening four home games of the Premier League season.
Former United midfielder Scholes believes our 6-1 loss at home to Jose Mourinho’s Spurs side has affected the Norwegian as we are on our worst home form since 1972.
United legend Scholes said: “It’s as poor as I’ve seen Manchester United at Old Trafford.
“You are not playing against Real Madrid, you are playing against – I wouldn’t say average – but it’s not an Arsenal team of past years.
“There’s no way you should be fearing them, you should be going after them, it’s a big hangover from the Tottenham game.
“It’s frightened Ole to death – and he doesn’t want anything like that to happen again.”
