Man United legend, Roy Keane, has ripped into Marcus Rashford, for his poor body language in United’s surprise home defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.
The Englishman has been on the receiving end of massive love and appreciation, and even drew comparisons to Ruud van Nistelrooy, after his heroics against Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League.
But on Sunday, he failed to inspire his teammates against a resilient Arsenal side, and Keane believes he just wasn’t good enough.
Speaking on Sky Sports, he said, “I looked at Rashford closely today, who has had a lot of plaudits over the past few months and he’s still a young man, but his body language was shocking, really shocking.
“He was shrugging his shoulders when things weren’t going his way. You roll your sleeves up at Manchester United.
“(When) things aren’t going your way, that’s when you look at your leaders and characters.”
