Manchester United goalkeeper, Sergio Romero is reportedly set for talks with the club, following his return from Argentina.

The goalkeeper is reportedly unhappy with the treatment he’s been given by Solskjaer, after recently finding out his name has been omitted from the latest Premier League squad squad.

This comes after his name was also dropped from the squad to represent the club in the UEFA Champions League, after the likes of Lee Grant and Dean Henderson were named.

Romero had hoped to leave United in the summer transfer window, but a supposed move to Everton broke down, as Solskjaer’s side refused to reduce their £10 million asking price.

Since then, the shotstopper is said to have been displeased with the powers that be at Old Trafford, as he can’t understand why he’s being treated so unfairly.

Romero wants to meet up with club officials this week, and part of discussions will be about the possibility of terminating his contract.

He is said to be desperate to leave, and is willing to terminate his current £100k a week contract, if it will allow him become a free agent again.
