According to reports, Manchester United are considering submitting an improved bid to sign Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
The club had a bid for Sancho worth up to £91.3m (€100m) rejected by the German side. The offer was for an initial £73m, rising to up to £91.3m, which was way below their £108m valuation.
The Red devils are now considering whether to return with an improved bid for the England international.
The Englishman has not travelled with the rest of the Dortmund squad for the German Super Cup match against Bayern Munich on Wednesday due to a respiratory infection. Although, he has tested negative for Covid-19.
Meanwhile, if the club are able to get a deal over the line that means Welsh winger Daniel James will be allowed to leave on loan.
