Despite securing safety this season, Aston Villa may still have to go into the 2020/21 campaign without Jack Grealish, according to reports.

The Athletic reports that the 24 year old is still in Olé Gunnar Solskjaer’s summer transfer plans, even though he isn’t considered a primary target.

The Norwegian recognises Grealish isn’t exactly the solution he needs to solve United’s midfield shortcomings, but he could still seal the deal before the October 5 transfer deadline day.

The player himself, is said to also be keen to go to Old Trafford, as he wants to play for Europe’s biggest club.

If the deal will happen though, it means the Red Devils may have to part up to £80 million to get the player, as Villa continue to rate the Englishman highly.
