Three players with a 50% chance of coming to Old Trafford this summer

With the summer transfer window official open, clubs across the UK and Europe are already doing business and bolstering their sides ahead of the coming campaign.

Manchester United are yet to make an official signing, but the club has reportedly identified a number of players as targets this summer.

Obviously some of these names may be completely out of it, but there are links we just cannot ignore.

So we’ll take a look at possible ins to Old Trafford in the coming days.

JACK GREALISH

The Aston Villa captain has long been linked with a move to United, and we sense that is the reason the Villans took up his price to somewhere around £80 million.

Grealish is a talented midfielder, who is worth the hype, and after yet another impressive season at Villa Park, it isn’t a surprise he’s mentioned alongside Man United.

Olé Gunnar Solskjaer is also said to be an admirer of the 24 year old, so there’s a decent chance he’ll be an addition to the team in the coming days.

The only potential obstacle to his transfer could be the heavy price, but we’re confident United would negotiate something better if they’re truly interested.

JADON SANCHO

Jadon Sancho’s rumoured imminent transfer to United may be ‘dead’, according to Borussia Dortmund’s sporting director, Michael Zorc, but there’s still reason to believe it will still happen.

We say so because Dortmund are not the most resolute club when it comes to transfer decisions.

They once insisted Ousmane Dembele wouldn’t leave the club too, but he was eventually sold to Barcelona.

So we’ll keep a close eye on this one, as Sancho remains United’s number one target.

DONNY VAN DE BEEK

Manchester United were recently installed as favourites for Donny Van De Beek’s signature by bookmakers, after they reportedly made contact with Ajax for enquiries.

The player has also been linked with a move to Real Madrid, but United are confident he’s Old Trafford bound, after recent reports the Spanish giants pulled out of the race because of financial issues.

Olé has made it clear he wants his transfer business conducted and wrapped up as soon as possible, so we’re confident it’s a matter of days before the announcements start coming from United.
